Tamara Hijazi is an Arab-American photographer based in Chicago, Illinois specializing in film, conceptual and portrait work. She's inspired by her obsession with plants and greenery, her mama's 1980's fashion, the politics of her community and experimental graphic design.
If a film camera and a digital camera had a passionate love affair (that maybe got a little messy once the darkroom found out), that would be her work.
